When you're below level 70

Just follow the quest line.  

 

Above you see an older picture of the world map. Several high level area's are added to the map later. For under lvl 70 it is best practice to complete the quest line, before continueing to the higher levels. 

 

If you're level 70

 

  1. complete the quest line first! You need all the points you can get.
  2. start grinding the higher level campaigns.
  3. start doing the epic dungeon/skirmishes.
